ANTGEC is a conference management platform built for an organization that hosts international education and business events across Europe and North America. I designed and developed the entire platform — from event discovery and multi-step attendee registration to secure Stripe payment processing and personalized participant dashboards — enabling the organization to manage large-scale events with hundreds of attendees entirely online.

Managing international conference registration and payments at scale

The organization managed event registrations manually through email and spreadsheets, making it nearly impossible to handle hundreds of concurrent signups across multiple international events.

There was no unified system for attendees to register, pay, and track their participation — forcing organizers to handle payment confirmations and registration status updates manually.

International attendees needed flexible payment options including partial payments, multiple currencies (EUR/USD), and the ability to manage group registrations for organizations sending multiple participants.

A self-service platform that streamlines the entire event lifecycle

Built a multi-step registration flow that guides attendees through personal information, organization details, event selection, and group participant management — with real-time pricing summaries at every step.

Integrated Stripe for secure payment processing supporting both full and partial payments, with automatic receipt generation and payment status tracking.

Created personalized participant dashboards where attendees can view all their registrations, track payment progress, make additional payments, and manage their event participation.

Designed an event discovery page with rich event cards showing dates, locations, pricing, and capacity — giving potential attendees everything they need to make a decision.

Implemented a guest registration path that automatically creates user accounts and sends verification emails, reducing friction for first-time attendees.

Built with Supabase for real-time data, authentication, and row-level security — ensuring attendees only see their own registrations and payment data.
